The good: This is a really cool image and if you are a history buff even better and complete.
The bad: This puzzle is in need of a lot of TLC. It is still assembled so if you feel like attempting a restoration project, this is the on for you.
Details: The veneer layer has come off about 50 pcs (the bottom layer), There are several poorly repaired pieces, 7 of the top layer (with the image) have come off, there is a broken figural. We didn’t match up all the parts that came off, the top layers are all there, but not sure about the veneer, there are a lot in the box. It may be delaminating, so it could continue. It’s priced accordingly, so good luck with the project!
