For a medium size Stave, this one should keep you fairly busy at your puzzle table. The background will take some time to work through, but the fun silhouettes will keep you entertained. While we couldn’t find out the artist, it has a similar style as some paintings that came out of France in the 1920s, so possibly a connection there, maybe you’ll have better luck figuring that puzzle out!
